Dr. Alex Urteaga and Dr. Maria R. Lomba, U-Run Owners
Alex Urteaga, D.P.M. is a board-certified physician who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle problems, both surgical and non-surgical. Maria Lomba, M.D. is a doctor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Christus Santa Rosa. Maria is also the Medical Director for the Chosen Marathon in New Braunfels. Alex and Maria have 2 sons Alejandro and Ian, and 1 daughter, Gabrielle. They are members of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in New Braunfels. Alex and Maria enjoy spending time with family, running, cycling and being active. They both have completed several marathons and half marathons and have even traveled overseas to run in them!

Kaleigh,  Manager
Kaleigh earned a BS in Exercise & Sports Science from Texas State University and is also a certified CrossFit coach at Fitness Lab in New Braunfels. After running cross country in high school, she joined the triathlon team at Texas State. Kaleigh still competes in lots of events, from crossfit competitions to half ironmans and half marathons

Ryan was a standout cross country and track athlete at Canyon High School in New Braunfels. He is studying Pre-Physical Therapy at Texas State while also working at a local physical therapy clinic in New Braunfels.

Will, Assistant Manager earned a degree in Kinesiology from University of The Incarnate Word and is currently pursuing a Masters of Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University. While at Incarnate Word, Will competed in the Decathlon on the Cardinal Men's Track and Field Team. Currently, Will is part of a campus ministry at Texas State called Alpha Omega.

Jeff competed at the State level in cross country and track at John Paul II High School, won a state championship his junior year, and still holds the 800m and 400m individual records there. Jeff is now pursuing a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University. He is still a devoted runner but also loves to golf and makes sure to find time every weekend to get some swings in.
